Good and Strong. They are a very small size, which is exactly what I was looking for, for my project. They are so strongly attached to the backing they arrive on. I was able to easily remove them by placing a dinner knife over each one, which immediately pulled it off. Then they easily slid off the knife... none got damaged and they all look great. Would also be useful if there were similar flat, round ones in a bit larger size.
