The felt/wool was packed so nicely along with other products, but part of the folding pouch was bent/ creased and it doesn’t seem to go away. Also, ordered a metal erasable note board for my refrigerator and the corner was slightly bent, so a few minor imperfections that still keeps me satisfied with each product, the corner of metal plate probably happened during shipping. So cool items😎
