Free Shipping
- Enjoy free standard ground shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts).
- This offer is valid for orders within the continental United States only.
- Unfortunately, we cannot extend free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping Costs & Options
- Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.
- Simply start the checkout process to see a list of available shipping options and their costs.
- Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Shipping Times
- Orders typically ship within 2 business days after they are received.
- Shipping time varies depending on the service chosen.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii require an additional business day for delivery. Standard shipping is not available to these locations.
International Orders
- Orders shipping to Canada may incur additional duties and broker's fees, which are included in your order total. We will notify you of any changes to these fees before shipping your order.
- For orders outside the US or Canada, please contact us at info@threebythree.com.
Returns
- We want you to love what you’ve ordered, but if you're not 100% satisfied, please reach out. We’re happy to offer a full refund of the purchase price, provided items are returned in their original condition.
- We cover return shipping charges for orders that shipped incorrectly. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.
- To return an item, email us within 30 days of purchase at info@threebythree.com for a return authorization number. Please return merchandise in its original packaging and in saleable condition to our warehouse:
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@threebythree.com with pictures of the shipping carton and contents. We're here to help resolve the issue promptly.
Address and Shipping Changes
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept order changes once the order has been placed. Please double check all order, address, and shipping details are correct before finalizing your order. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@threebythree.com.
Carrier Handling
- Once your order is in the hands of our trusted shipping carriers, the journey of your package is outside our direct control. This means that, unfortunately, we do not have access to any additional information regarding your package's location beyond what is provided through the carrier's tracking system. In the rare event that a package is misplaced or delayed by the carrier, we are unable to locate or expedite it. We understand this can be frustrating and are always here to assist with the information we do have and to help facilitate communication with the carrier when possible. Our goal is to ensure your order reaches you promptly and safely, and we appreciate your understanding in these situations.
