Returns

What is your return policy?
I recently returned an item. When will my refund be processed?

We offer easy returns! If you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we’d be happy to offer you a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.

To return an item, email info@threebythree.com (within 30 days of your purchase) and you will be provided with a return authorization number. Please return the merchandise in its original packaging and in saleable condition to: Three by Three Seattle, 2700 W Commodore Way, Seattle WA 98199

Refunds usually take 7-10 business days to process from the time we receive your item(s).

You will receive a shipping confirmation by email when your order has shipped. You may also check the status by logging into your account. Orders generally ship within 2 business days after we process your payment information.

Backordered items may take 4-6 weeks or longer to ship.

We offer free standard ground shipping on orders of $50 (after discount) or more! During the checkout process, simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping option. Free shipping is valid for online orders only within the continental United States and cannot be applied to purchases being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping and discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases.

Orders generally ship within two business days after receiving your order. Shipping time varies by service.
Exceptions: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive. Standard shipping is not available for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
To place an order outside the US or Canada, please contact us.
Note: Additional duties and brokers' fees apply to orders shipping to Canada. These are automatically factored into your order total. We will notify you of any changes prior to shipping your order.

For all orders over $50 within the contiguous U.S., ground shipping is free! For all other orders, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. To calculate the cost of shipping, you may begin the checkout process, which will give you a list of available shipping options and their prices.

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipping to the state of Washington.
